I am going through a quality control assessment on pickles. My objective was to determine not only satisfactory compliance but the most delicious pickles out there. After interviewing hundreds of people across the country it's been determined people love pickles. In all honestly who doesn't right? So we started at some random side street shop and ordered up a delicious pickle. It was not only a tad salty but it didn't quite have that kick we were looking for. Off to New Orleans we had the world famous Cajun Pickle. I tell you what this pickle was one of a kind. My mouth still waters from the experience. This was definately worth a revisit at some point. Afterwards we made a stop in Texas because everything is bigger in Texas... Well that was until we stopped at this shady pickle botique. The taste was more like sand and dust. Maybe it was the dust storm but I swear there was something off about these delicacy. We then made it over to the West coast and had a stop in Northern Cali. This was an eye opening experience but the pickles taste more like expensive coffee. Thanks Cali but you have no idea what a real pickle is. Finally we made it back to the Windy city after our long journey. When all of a sudden we see this hot dog stand with massive pickles. It was crisp, salty, juicy, innovative, and downright amazing. I definately recommend this as my #1. In the end we may have unpredictable weather and complain every season. But Chicago knows a thing or two about pickles!
